Each paid plan comes with a usage allowance that refreshes automatically on a daily and weekly basis. For the majority of users, this quota will be enough to fully cover all agent usage. Cost per message varies based on the model used, the task size and complexity, and the reasoning required.

What happens when I reach my usage limit?

Most users will never hit their limits. If you do go beyond your included usage on a paid plan, you can purchase extra usage which is consumed at API pricing.

How can I make my usage limits last longer?

Control the size of your prompts. Be precise with your instructions, but remove unnecessary context.

Switch to smaller models for routine tasks. Using mini models like Haiku, GPT 5.2 Mini, and open source models like Kimi K2.5 will extend your usage.
