Following Anthropic’s latest announcement and the US government directive to suspend access to Claude Fable 5, we are removing access to Fable 5 in Cognition products.
All other models remain available in Devin, including Claude Opus 4.8 and GPT-5.5.
Devin Ultra mode will continue to use the most powerful available models.
Claude Fable 5 was made available in Devin across Cloud, Desktop, and CLI on June 9. As of June 12, access has been removed following Anthropic’s latest announcement and the US government directive.
